I'm Sylvia Adler, the founder of Breath-n-Health by Sylvia. I'm dedicated to helping people reconnect with their own power to improve their lifestyle and gain an improved sense of wellbeing. I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach AND a Certified Breath Coach, and have been involved in the Health and Wellness Industry for 15 years. I offer Individual and Group Coaching, as well as educational workshops, focused on teaching different breaths to help with different health issues. I also educate and help people who are dealing with terminal illnesses, and are in need of Hospice Care. I am also a Liaison for OC Hospice, an excellent company I have worked for 7 years.
