HistorySince our humble beginnings in '05, we've grown to a full collective staff of pilates instructors, personal trainers, yoga teachers, massage therapists, and nutrition coaches; all on the move around New York and Los Angeles. Barefoot Tiger was born out of the idea that every person of every age and background deserves to live a healthy life, and it all begins with education - education about healthy living, taking care of oneself and our friends and families.
