Breakthrough Collaborative is a national network of 25 affiliates located throughout the United States, with the national office based in Oakland, CA. They provide program standards and resources to their affiliates, who deliver direct services to middle and high school students from under-resourced communities, college undergraduates serving as teaching fellows, and professional teachers serving as instructional coaches in their localities.
