Breadfruit Catering began in my home kitchen with my then roommate Tracy. Each night we would concoct a three course meal while dreaming of running a food truck, offering Caribbean cuisine. Then in 2010 We set out to do just that. I went to culinary school and got a degree in culinary arts. We did our first gig in 2011 at the Crucible in Oakland Ca.
