Established in 1912, Braille Institute is a private, nonprofit organization that serves more than 55,000 individuals with visual impairments. The organization offers home-based early intervention and child development programs for children up to the age of 5. It provides assistance with the development of motor, socialization, cognition and language skills of infants and toddlers.
