Slum lords. They use Greystar as their bully management company. Minimal service, absolutely no effort to fix up the properties, they only respond when something goes wrong. They will raise rent...

I also own a home built by B & L in 1948. The language in the original CC&Rs are disgusting and should be addressed now in 2022.

Horrible company, worst customer service I've ever heard of. The usual billionaire think we're better mentality. They should fire Sarah as she is useless....
