Meet the Business Owner Jacqueline von Sprecken Business Owner Bows and wishes was created by Jacqueline von Sprecken in Orange County out of her love for creativity and entertaining. After years of helping friends and families plan parties, it became very clear that there was a growing need to throw beautiful elaborate children's parties, showers and social events but the time needed to implement it was very time consuming. That's when I decided to create Bows and Wishes to help everyone who dreams of executing an amazing event but doesn't have the time or desire to do so themselves.
