I've Never had a mangonada like this. It was mainly filled with ice. I confirmed with the gal to make sure that they made it right and she said that that's how they make them. $7 for a cup...

Was looking for cold fruit in a fruit cart and came across this place. They have a hot food area and a fruit/drink area. Didn't get to try the hot foods. They don't sell chamangos here probably...
