Sales reps walking the floor very helpful and attentive. I was in boot heaven. Sooo many options, sizes you name it. Went in needing nothing leaving spending $500+ and already planning a second trip.

Customer service maybe. Walked around looking for any associate for assistance for 40 minutes. Walked out and never was even GREETED at any point.
