History

The first Bondi coffee cart rolled out in 2016. Since then our technical setup as matured significantly, and this is reflected in our consistent quality. We've further developed our relationship with local wholesalers and vendors to both build community and ensure that our choice ingredients are available for each event we run. We've also begun to venture beyond coffee into the world of medicinal teas and tinctures. Watch this space for further developments!

We also work intimately with other vendors to create a unique experience for each of our clients. Our baristas are some of the most experienced in the San Diego area, and their passion for coffee is apparent in each beverage we serve.
