Body Evolution

History

Dr. Heidi began caring for patients after she graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2000. She traveled to Costa Rica to help a local clinic in need of her expertise. A year later, after returning to San Diego, Dr. Heidi met and began working with Paul, a.k.a. Coach PJ. They decided to open their own facility and together they formed Body Evolution in 2003. Dr. Heidi has established herself as a community leader in health. She conducts workshops on a variety of health issues, and has presented health seminars to numerous corporations in San Diego. Now that Heidi has two active daughters of her own, one of which is a professional gymnast with Olympic goals, she has realized the challenges that parents can face with keeping children healthy in a busy and fast-paced daily life! She has taken a more proactive approach in educating parents and children on how to take control of their own health and not falling victim to the pharmaceutical industry.
