Body Alchemy LA has been in the LA movement community for over 20+ years, We began as the first West LA Boutique Spinning + Pilates Studio in Venice, CA, Abbot Kinney Blvd. Brigitte Alcantara is the visionary of offering many firsts in the Venice location, then Beverly Hills and now DTLA. Pilates. Spinning, Pole dancing, Bikram Yoga. She expanded the Studio's brand by adding the first Group Reformer classes and combined Spinning and Reformer classes. Brigitte Alcantara has traveled all over the world to teach her high profile clients. Body Alchemy 20 years later has expanded into its own Digital Boutique Studio offering Physique Pilates Mat Classe, Brigitte's signature barre Physique and barre Joie dance fitness classes. Body Alchemy Digital offers livestream and On Demand sessions both on the mat and on the Pilates apparatus. Pilates, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Barre sessions are available in your home and in Studio as well.

Brigitte's background in Pilates is Classical meets Contemporary. Brigitte has only studied with first and second generation Master Pilates Instructors. She has been a student of Pilates for 25+ years. Clients love her attention to detail and her warmth. She is an expert on form, function, how to engage the body properly. Brigitte has extensive knowledge and expertise in Fascia health, mobility and loves to educate her clients around the importance of stretching, release ones fascia system and improving joint mobility. Brigitte's privates and group sessions are empowering, transformative, healing and the best way to a more graceful strengthened way of moving and living.....
