Just profiteering here. Highest price gas and refuses to let you pump up tires without gas receipt. Pretty sure it's the law they have water and air at all California gas stations for the public....

By law, Gas stations in California must allow customers who pay for gas to use the Air Pressure Gauge for free. This gas station does NOT provide the air pressure gauge for free to gas paying...
