History

I began my real estate career over 36 years ago, in 1976, and have conducted my business in South Orange County, California, for that complete time. Occasionally, to assist my clients, I have helped them buy or sell property elsewhere in California, as I am licensed for the entire State. I have ventured as far South as Carlsbad and Escondido, and as far North as Sacramento.

My primary focus, for over 36 years, is to assist my friends and clients with their local residential real estate needs. In that time I have gained expertise in virtually every facet of the business, from working with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. My chosen area of specialization has been South Orange County, from condos to first time buyers, to selling land as well as built custom estates. The areas I serve have equestrian, golf, tennis, and numerous other recreational pursuits. I have sold multiple unit income properties to buyers, and helped sellers in their 1031 exchanges of such properties, and have also assisted the owners with the management of them. I am a CDPE and a SFR, and over the past 20 years I have become adept with the listing & selling of distressed houses - short sales, loan mods & bank owned - REOs.
