This bank is awful. Our loan was transferred to them and we didn't have the new account number to set up auto pay but in order to get through the automated phone system you need an account number....

This conglomerate bank is horrible. I'm switching banks as soon as I can. I canceled a cc due to high interest rate. They took it off my Mobil app and told me the only way to pay or find balance...
