Blue Sky Osteopathy (BSO) provides a center where we recognize and facilitate the unique and optimal Health of each patient. Stressors such as physical/emotional trauma(s), lifestyle choices, and environmental exposures occurring anytime in a patient's life can challenge and compromise a given patient's Health. When the Health is compromised, acute/chronic disease, developmental dysfunction, and pain can be initiated or aggravated. The fingerprint of the above stressors can be found in any (or all) of following three critical aspects - that together determine the vitality of a patient's Health: Physical structure (cranial, spinal, visceral, extremities etc...), Mental state and perspective Spiritual awareness and exploration The practice of Osteopathy is an established hands-on diagnosis and manipulative treatment experience that strives to address, facilitate, and integrate the above aspects. When successful, the expression of optimal patient Health becomes the primary treatment of suffering. Dr R. Mitchell Hiserote DO is a California licensed osteopathic physician since 1998, and maintains a current national board certification in Neuromuscular/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.
