Not impressed with the customer service. Ordered a cab in the middle of the afternoon. Dispatcher told us 20 minutes on the phone and it took 45 minutes to arrive, causing us to miss our train....

Driver in car 924 today is very wreckless, cut me off and I had to slam on my breaks. I would rather walk than take my chances in this cab! Hopefully the other drivers are a little more careful
