So Glad to see this pop up in Long Beach. Simply put this is my favorite BBQ place, every thing, and I mean everything is good here. The meats and the sides. Kevin's Sampler is a good place to start.

This is probably the best BBQ I have ever had. So good. The sauce is awesome. And the meats have a perfect Smokey flavor. And so tender. All the sides were arras well. Keep up the good work Bludso's
