Founded in 1933, Blossom Valley Foods is a manufacturer of grocery items, such as hot sauces, condiments, salsa, non-alcoholic cocktail mixes, juices and vinegars. In addition, it also produces its own line of products, including Pepper Plant family of hot sauces, condiments, BBQ sauce and salsa; Old Recipe brand of nonalcoholic cocktail mixes; and Treasure Island vinegars. The Old Recipe brand provides mixes and purees that enhance flavors of cocktails to restaurants and lounges. Some of the Treasure Island vinegars and cooking wines feature white distilled vinegar, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, champagne white wine vinegar, and many more. Based in Gilroy, Calif., Blossom Valley Foods is licensed by the State of California as a low acid cannery, certified organic by the QAI and capable of manufacturing Kosher products.
