Bloom physicians have been using lasers and IPL (Intense Pulse Light) therapies since 1997. We perform non-invasive to minimally invasive cosmetic and dermatologic procedures which provide gratifying and long-lasting results, virtually eliminating the need for painful plastic surgery.
