Every time I go to SF, I look for Wendy. She is careful when cutting my hair and the service is good. The place is clean. I am satisfied with the style in the end.

They charge 15$ for a really bad fringe in 3 minutes, we show her a picture but she do whatever she wants, if you want to lost money and get an ugly haircut, you can go this place.
