History

After realizing that finding delicious, quality wine at the store is nearly impossible, we started Bliss Wine Imports to make it easy. We decided to dedicate our lives to finding the best wines of the world and make them available to you at the best prices. We spent nine months (yes, that's right!) touring Europe and searching for only family-owned, small production vineyards making the most high quality, natural and delicious wine possible. Of the first thousand wines we tasted we picked the nine most delicious, high value finds and created our first collection. In 2015, we added another member to our team, Andrey Ivanov. Initially, our first customer, Andrey helped us move into the realm of fine wine distribution across the country. Since then we have began to sell wines in CA, MO, IL, TX, NY, TX, KS, NC, and MA. At the beginning of 2018 we are launching another phase of our business- the Sommelier Service in the San Francisco Bay Area- that will bring Bliss to your doorsteps.

Specialties

We are an importer of natural and organic wines from across the world. Each wine in our portfolio was hand chosen by our team at the source- the vineyard. Each of our wines is organically farmed, small production, and brought into the US exclusively by us. We have three avenues by which we bring you our wines. The Bliss Wine Club, traditional national distribution, and our Sommelier services led by our own Advanced Sommelier and National Sales Manager Andrey Ivanov. Sommelier services include consultation, wine delivery, glassware rental, decanters and any other wine service tools, and referrals for further purchase. We offer these services to clients wanting to conduct in home tastings, office events, corporate retreats, and wine dinners. For the latter option, we will work with your chef to pair wines to your specific menu. Our wine choices include working with your own cellar, working with our portfolio, working with a Napa Valley winery partner, or offering a selection of classic old world wines from France, Italy, or Spain with some bottle age.
