Service department is horrible I brought my truck in to the service department with an appointment and when I got here they told me they couldn't service my truck because it had over 250k miles...

Christian and the service team get 5 stars. The lack of coffee or anything the waiting room gets zero stars. When I asked the cashier about the coffee, she just said, "we have no coffee today"....
