History
This location was first a Jiu-Jitsu only gym, as of 2014 we partnered with our friends in Gardena, the Black House MMA training center.
Specialties
We are part of the Black House MMA family, partners with the UFC Black House MMA team in Gardena (10 minutes away from our gym). Our coaches are the same as the ones training the professionals and aspiring athletes that want to join the MMA world. We have the best coaches in Jiu-Jitsu (No GI & GI), Muay-Thai, Kickboxing, Wrestling and MMA preparation. If the coaches think you have what it takes to train with the pros, you might even get a invite do go to the Gardena training center.
