Building "looks" nice and they put on a good show during the tour, though once you move in it is a different story. Horrible time here as a tenant. It's at the edge of Santa Monica in every way...

This property is overpriced and mismanaged. Staff is rarely available, it can take them days to get back to you. There is no security and I often did not feel safe in the area. Parking garage is...
