Initial appt is a little long but i was prepared for that. The girls were friendly and thorough with everything/screening, etc. The process was easy and I felt so good that my plasma will help...

Sundays you guys need to teach the people in the front what's priority and what isn't! Why would you leave a line to reschedule appts for ppl and check ppl in! Not fair to the people who got here...

The nurse Amber that did my physical was great. She made sure I understood the process and made me feel comfortable with it all. If you are going there, make sure you ask for her!
