History

Bill's success in residential real estate rests on a strong foundation in finance, land use, and planning. He earned his degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas, and began his career as a C.P.A. with Price Waterhouse. He was involved in many aspects of commercial real estate sales and development before focusing exclusively on residential sales. Ann earned a Bachelor of Philosophy with a Focus in Finance at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and began her career as Vice President of Development at a nonprofit aviation research institute. After extensive international travel, she moved to the Bay Area to work in adventure travel. Following a decade as top producer in Central and East Asia operations, Ann shifted her focus to the strategic aspects of the business as Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
