Your Dual Team: My business partner Marisa and I have been in the mortgage industry over 15 years each and together have closed well over a thousand mortgage transactions. We are fully licensed with mortgage and real estate credentials possessing a very high level of knowledge and ability to structure our client's loan so they not only get the best terms possible, but overcome any unforeseen challenges to deliver what was agreed upon at closing. We work fast, efficient, and always provide all parties involved on the transaction with a high level of service and communication rarely found anywhere else. Specialties

Once it makes sense for my clients to move forward on a loan, I watch the mortgage bond market daily as it reacts to economic data such as stock & oil prices, unemployment rate changes, etc. that cause interest rates to change as much as 2-3 times a day, so that my clients get the best terms possible by intelligently advising them WHEN to lock on the day when rates are at their lowest point within the time frame needed to close their loan.
