Therapy doesn't have to be complicated and confusing: At The Mental Gym, we team with clients to help them to uncover and assess the thoughts and perceptions that are creating struggle in their lives and blocking them from happiness and fulfillment. Once these issues are uncovered, we then craft an action-oriented playbook to tackle and transform these distorted perceptions and situational missteps. We work with clients to develop effective strategies so that they can create and sustain a regimen designed to keep them healthy and happy for years to come.
