A nature loving yogi who surfs. Hi, I'm Alex! I grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains and live and breath amongst the redwoods. I have spent much of my life discovering idyllic beaches and pristine forests all around the world. I recently returned from living five years in Brazil where I became enamored by the culture and entranced by the vibrant nature. I am a meditation teacher, certified NLP Coach, with a BA in Psychology. I combine these disciplines in nature therapy and mindfulness training.
