This location is also known as the Big Hill Vista Point. There is a lookout tower here. But that is off limits to visitors. It's actually used by the El Dorado National Forest to actually look out...

Awesome views from this spot. Big Hill lookout and Helipad is at the end of a long and windy drive but the view is well worth the trip.
