History

Big Burrito began in the mid-80's as a catering truck parked by Lanark Park in Canoga Park. Which can still be found there today. But after years of establishing ourselves as one the best taco trucks in the area, the Owners decided to open a restaurant on Canoga Ave. We are proud to say that we have always kept our original recipes consistent and it's one of the reasons why our customers keep coming back. Specialties

Our Salsas are what we are best known for. They are the Perfect compliment to all of the meats we serve. Red and/or Green Salsa go Perfect with the Carne Asada, our most popular meat on the menu. The Carne Asada is seasoned with our secret recipe of spices and a standout compared to our local competitors bland flavor. The Green goes great with Lengua, Cabeza and Chicken. All three which are also a can't miss. Lengua is the second most popular meat choice on our Menu. Al Pastor and Carnitas go great as well with our Red Salsa. Everything we serve is made Daily. Our meats are cooked in the early mornings and ready to serve by opening hours. Nothing ever Frozen. Always prepped for the day. Our Salsas are made from fresh Tomatillos everyday, never from a canned.
