I have not had any problems riding the Big Blue Bus especially line 1. However I do have to say that line 1 has the most friendly bus driver ever and the nicest! They are helpful and informative....

The big blue bus used to be the best bus service I'd used in 10 states, these days it rivals the very worst. Please fire the new management.
