Excellent, pleasing service and they gave us a great room with beach access. It was perfect to stay as it was also pet friendly.

I had a nice stay here in Big Bear. My room was near the lake area. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom door was a strangely placed and need to be careful not to hit someone.
