Pretty much everyone i know gets their shoes at Big 5 because they are reasonably priced and have New Balance and ASICS in wide 4E sizes. That being said, the customer service is def lacking....

I went at 7:50 because the whole day I was busy and I went there and I already knew what I wanted but they said no I can't come like why couldn't I it's literally 10 mins before they close well...

I won't be supporting this company anymore. Cheap stuff that falls apart. I can get Temu-quality goods shipped directly home for less.

I do not know how to get help in this store. I don't like making scenes so I tend to leave without what I came in for. I think if I stood their and screamed they would still ignore me. Maybe...
