I will create unique dishes that fit the travels of our European ancestors into Native America.” Chef Daniel creates your menu specifically for your event based solely on the season and availability of fresh vegetables, meats and seafood. Beyond Balisage brings the experience and travels to you, in your home or location of choice. Private events still include our 5-course organic wine dinners, cooking with Chef Daniel, menu planning for your healthy household, menu planning and cooking with special needs or dietary restrictions. We are on a new path with a new location in mind, just a few steps away from opening a new restaurant dining room for all to come and join in this wonderful movement.
