Great Apartment! The apartment complex is close to many convince stores. Their campus is very nice and close to Cal State Long Beach. The price is affordable and very reasonable for a nice apartment!

Be careful with the parking situation. I have to pay $150 a month for a parking spot because there's never available parking in the first come, first serve parking that came with the apartment....

My boyfriend lives in these apartments and every single day he tells me it took him forever to park. No matter what time of day it is. Find a way to improve parking this is NOT ok!!!
