Dr. Israel is a board certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. He is experienced in a range of eye surgeries to correct and treat different types of vision problems, from myopia, astigmatism to thyroid eye disease. He also provides a range of aesthetic treatments for patients who want to enhance their appearance.

Dr. Israel is a board certified Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic surgeon. He is one of the few surgeons in the U.S. that was named a Premier Surgeon by Premier Surgeon Magazine for his contributions to the science and field of premium cataract surgery. Dr. Israel received his Medical Degree from Chicago Medical School where he was awarded Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the highest honor in medical school. He finished his internal medicine internship at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center. He received his post graduate training in Ophthalmology and Oculo-Plastic surgery.
