Just find another audiologist. This old man is past his prime. Rude, uninformative, horrible bedside manner, impatient and his office is old and stinky. Move on! Retire

Just visited today. Found location with no problem. (Found using GPS) Staff was friendly, and testing procedure was quick and painless.
