History
I began practicing massage professionally in 1990. After graduating my first 500 hour training, I realized the true health applications of bodywork and have been on a journey to learn all I can ever since. My goal is to help others live free of the dysfunction caused by tension in a simple and lasting way.
Specialties
I have specialized in the treatment of injuries and chronic pain for nearly 30 years. More than massage; my knowledge is steeped in osteopathy, chiropractic, physical therapy, herbalism and other modalities. I spent many years as a protege to masters in their prospective fields and have integrated this wisdom into my practice. The technique I have developed relieves pain and literally retrains the nervous system. This along with a good home care program create lasting results you will feel after one session. I also offer a range of health supportive practices for relaxation, detoxification, nutrition, and overall well-being. I am a certified yoga instructor as well as an experienced practioner of pre and post natal massage.
