Bethesda Christian University

Founded by David Yonggi Cho in 1976, Bethesda Christian University offers bachelor s, master s and certificate programs. Formerly known as Full Gospel Central Bible College, the university is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, a part of the California Department of Consumer Affairs. The university is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education, and the United States Department of Education and has candidacy status with the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. It offers a wide variety of courses, such as arts, religion, music, visual communication, early childhood education, biblical studies, divinity, and translation and interpretation. BCU s certificate programs include preschool teacher, director and English as a second language. Bethesda Christian University is located in Anaheim, Calif.
