History

Bethanis Homes has over 25 years experience in restoring historic homes of all styles and eras, including Craftsman, Bungalow, Tudor, Mediterranean, Spanish Revival, Farmhouse, and more. All work is done with respect for vintage building techniques and expert knowledge to blend with new materials. We are licensed, insured, and fully qualified to do anything from remodeling just one room to full home restoration, or even additions that utilize all the original character. We are also EPA-certified to safely work with lead-based paint. Bethanis Homes is committed to preserving the past and maintaining the charm and integrity of historic homes, while providing excellent customer service and staying on time and on budget.

Bethanis Homes specializes in the renovation and restoration of historic homes, but also handles residential remodeling and new construction. We handle kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, room additions, and much more. We have been named Burbank's Best General Contractor with the Readers' Choice Award from The Burbank Leader in 2003, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
