Comfortable, safe and very friendly staff. The breakfast was satisfying. We were close to the Kaiser hospital where our family member was having surgery so that made our commute very easy.

Stayed there last weekend and it was a nice hotel. The room was clean, updated, and the staff was very nice; there were no bed bugs or any bugs to be found as mentioned in people's other posts....

Room was ok but the furnishings were dated and the desk chair was torn and broken. An entire row of parking spaces were blocked due to it being reserved for a bus, and guests were left to fend...
