Customer service and dirty suite just dirty we had requested first floor ended up in 3rd floor stinks as we came in toilet paper wasn't even new the lady's down stairs are rude be professional...

Found a cockroach in the room. Walls are paper thin - to the point where I could hear clearly the conversation in the next room and outside. Restroom vent is so loud, it'd wake up anybody else...
