Incompetence and inefficiency at the highest possible level. I'd fire everyone here and start over, and I'd start with management.

i've been waiting on my package for 2 weeks now and it keeps getting delayed so don't know if this warehouses fault or ups but i am so angry and the fact my package keeps getting delayed.
