Dr. Benzian is great - (just really hard to get an appointment with her). Her office staff on the other hand.... unnecessarily rude on the phone. It really makes it unpleasant to call the office.

Dr. Benzian is very through. She seems to genuinely care about helping her patients and seems to be very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the philosophy of the practice is to not be accommodating...
