What an absolute waste of my time. I booked in for a pap smear and when I get there, they suggest I go to the Crenshaw clinic because they have OB/GYN services. Why not book me there to begin...

The person who pick the phone is a absolute waste of your time she hangs the phone up in the middle of the conversation and never picks the phone back is not the first time she did multiple times.
