Got my brows done here and it was ok. Definitely recommend if you're in a rush to find someone and everyone's booked up.

Fabiola at the Benefit Bar in Ulta does an awesome job! She's the only person I let touch my brows! She's sweet and professional, and a fantastic brow artist!

Came in to get a brow tint & lamination. The technician Fabiola was very pleasant & seemed knowledgeable. She did the lamination process, but told me is was " illegal" in California to do tinting?...
