Bell's is a California inspired French Bistro by Daisy and Greg Ryan. They honed their skills in kitchens and dining rooms including Thomas Keller's Per Se & Danny Meyer's Gramercy Tavern in New York, The Beverly Hills Hotel & The Line Hotel in Los Angeles and McGuire Moorman Hospitality in Austin, Texas. Daisy and Greg returned to the central coast to raise their family and to open a restaurant in the central coast wine country. Located along the main street of the micro-desination of Los Alamos they are among arguably some of the best in the valley including Full of Life Flatbreads, Pico & Bob's Well Bread. Open Thursday - Monday 11am -3pm for lunch (reservation and walk-ins) and 5pm - 8:30pm for dinner (reservation only, prix-fixe menu).
