We are using real, authentic pearl sugar, imported directly from Belgium, to make our famous waffles. It is made here daily, from scratch, using a 17-hour dough fermentation process and baked in our unique cast iron waffle machines. Amazing waffles! Some of the best I've had in OC. The best waffle item was the chicken/waffles made with Chicken Katsu. Quick and friendly service also. A hidden gem!
